Things are going from bad to worse. Having got the timber to make a raised bed, the effort needed to lift the trailer on to the hitch to go to the timber yard has left me with sciatica. I either have a huge pain in my thigh or am full of painkillers which leaves me unsteady on my feet. I am prescribed no lifting for a fortnight.

Its just as well that the weather is damp and overcast with no chance of cutting the lawn or constructing the raised bed. But the grass is visibly growing!
